Hi and welcome. As I recall we are not supposed to do capsules because they break open and are released too soon into our system, so they aren't as effective as those with regular tummies due to the malabsorption. I could be wrong, but I do recall them being a no-no.
There is a great feature on the top menu bar called "search". Type in any key words you can think of and old posts on the topic will come up.
