Whenever I feel like eating a snack or eating too much at a meal----I am going to sneak a peek and hopefully stop before I start going crazy.

The idea about going to a support group has my interest, as well, anything we can do to stay on the right track, we owe it to ourselves to do----Good luck.

Through my experiences with therapy, I hear and have been told that putting the fat pic is no good. Put the thin one, the pic of you that says IM HOT in your wallet on the fridge... whatever and where ever. We dont do well with the negative, we flourish in the positive.. so put up the pics who you identify with today so be a positive reinforcement to stay on track. just my 2 cents, hope ya dont mind them! Good luck and best wishes always!

"People will argue with you that getting what you want in life isn’t something you can learn, if you’re destined to be one of the worlds winners as opposed to one of its perpetual whiners, its because you have been born with the right talents and temperament and have a big dose of self-esteem, ambition, and good judgment."
