I have noticed in the past 2 weeks that I have been eating more and that really has me scared. I am not going back to fat. I enjoy this size too much. I've decided to get one of the last photos of me at my peek weight and carry it in my wallet. Whenever I feel like eating a snack or eating too much at a meal----I am going to sneak a peek and hopefully stop before I start going crazy.
The idea about going to a support group has my interest, as well, anything we can do to stay on the right track, we owe it to ourselves to do----Good luck.
