Hi folks, my name's Bill and I am so glad I found you all last night. I am truly a newbie...I am in the sixth month of my insurance-mandated "prelude" and I really need to take off 100 lbs fairly quickly, as I am on NSAIDs for a bad hip and the surgeons won't give me a new hip until I get healthier and lose this fat. If I am learning anything about this whole process...it's the importantce of being both patient and persistent! I thank you all, for the great stuff I have been reading. Stayed up late last night reading about Mike Fisher's experiences and I surely do appreciate what you've suggested, Gwen. Heck, I appreciate all of you....Looking forward to getting to know you all better. Not currently a blogger, don't even have my own website...But I am feeling blessed to have found you.
