April thanks for the eye opener.

It is a constant fight, and daily reminder to stay on the "right line".

I keep track of all what I eat now since over 2 months, in an excel sheet. And keep track of my actual weight and weight lost on a graph: the slope is not as steep, and is flatening.... horror.

Thanks again for your theme, we have to stay streight, on the line, and if any deviations, either compensate with sport or and with stronger diet.....Actually not different than any of the "thin girls" who watch almost since birth (A little exageration) their weight.
