Glad I'm not alone. I read some of the posts on here and am amazed that people can go from being slovenly pigs ( that ate all that stood still like myself) to fantastic marathon running body builders AND NOT LOOK BACK!!

I find every day a struggle and have to fight myself on every piece of food that enters my body. Went to see my dietician and was SHOCKED at just how far off track I have gone. I had forgotten everything she told me in the post op visit.

I know now how many kj I may take in and the bread..- don't start me on the bread. I thought a slice of toast with Marmite on was a good thing because of all the vitamins.. I'm barely allowed half a slice of toast a day!!!

I wish I had an accountability partner out there to assist me in this processssssss....

Please- if someone else is also looking for this- let me know...

I need help

My name is Celeste and I still will eat anything standing still.....
