Yes its only 5 pounds BUT....
Its a good thing you are doing something about it now. I went up 15 at one point and droppped it like a bad habit. Be cautious of "grazing" eating. Plan your meals, and sit at the table and dont eat at the computer. Also, watch the calories you drink. Thats what got me. Make these little changes and Im sure you will see a difference. Yeh we can have waek moments and eat things that arent nutritionally sound, but our bad habits can be where we eat as well. Good luck to ya, cant wait to those nasty 5 are history... again!
