I gained 5 pounds over the holidays. And, I just can’t get it back off. I KNOW it is because my eating habits have gone to hell! The problem for me is I don’t suffer from dumping, and I can eat ANYTHING! Frankly, I WISH sugary foods made me puke!
Then, yesterday morning I was up another 2 pounds! (I weigh myself every Thursday morning). So, starting today, I am going on all liquids for the next 48 hours. High protein shakes for each meal and water between meals. (Plus my vitamins) My hope is that this will get me back on track.
