Default Passing out

Well today mid morning, I was talking to my husband and I got very dizzy, just reached out to him and blanked out. Didn't stayed that way long I came back very fast. After a couple minutes I sit up slowly, just to blank out again and passed out for another minute. He got me some water and got on my case about not eating, ok so this is my fault shame on me. But today I have been having shortness of breath and palpilations. I have an appointment on Monday with my surgeon, but if this continues like this by tomorrow morning I will call my regular doctor and ask to be seen right away. I have been drinking all my water, making an effort to get it all in. And I have been getting in all my protein as well, my vitamins, my pepcid, B-12 and what not.
I did had to go in for lab work yesterday and they took 3 tubes of blood. I suppose if there is some iron deficiency it will show up in there and Monday I will hear about it.

Since my period a couple weeks ago (the first one after my surgery) ~~ sorry guys ~~ I have been feeling very tired as well. I have been loosing wait still regularly but I have NO energy. I really wonder if I need Iron.

Anyone else had issues with fainting/passing out? and low energy levels within a few weeks following surgery?
