Okay, I am ashamed to admit that I am over a year out and never seem to be able to remember this, but I know there's at least one of these which we're never-ever supposed to use... Anyone out there know which one is a no-no?

Ordinarily I never take pills for anything except my BC pill and vitamins, but I seem to have developed the flu over the last couple of days, and I feel like I've been run over by a bulldozer... I want to take something for the fever and awful achey-ness, but I don't want to take the wrong thing. Suggestions, please?
