I can honestly say that I've never had that issue. I tend to lean more towards the constipation side of the equasion. I do get gas sometimes, but there are medicines out there, like Gas-X thinstrips that you can take, to help with that. Honestly gas and pooing issues should really be the LEAST of your worries. Getting enough fluids and protein and exercise are much bigger obsticles IMO.

Like Duckie said, you really need to do your homework on this because you really seem to be focusing on the small stuff rather then the big picture.
