He is easy to talk to, which is a good quality in a doctor, IMO.
Just curious (since you went to the same practice), how long did it take from the time your insurance approved you until you got scheduled for surgery? Also, do you remember how long you were on the different 'phases' of the diet? (liquid, etc)
