I lost 15 lbs the first month, and 12 the second month.
It doesn't matter, trust me. It just doesn't matter. Just let your pouch work for you, follow your surgeon's instructions, drink a lot, take in lots of protein, rest, exercise, and you will be at the finish line.
Now it all seems so fast, but it was so painstaking as I was going through it. There are people who lose quickly, others who don't. I don't know where I fit in, but I am very happy that I lost 110 lbs in 9 months, even with a slow start. And I'm at goal now.
Keep the faith! Let it work for you!
