I'm with Cindy. Happy where I am, yet the little voice does say "Hey Butterball, you could do better!" I stay between 155-160...and would like to lose another 20 or so, but don't seem to be able to do what it takes

....exercise, eating right, laying off Starbuck's, etc. etc.
So, I am going to join Gina and the gang and see if I can get the scale moving on down again!!! I will actually make an effort and see what happens! I've got nothing to lose.....but those 20 lbs!!!! I'll be starting aqua-fit again next week! (this means I have to shave my legs!
