On my last 20 here as well. I've been using an elliptical machine 3 - 4 times a week for the past several months, need to do it every day

. My DW got a pilates machine for her birthday that I've been using for the past week. I'm really enjoying it. As for food, I've got to stop snacking off of my sons plate

. I could really use a kick in the butt to get me running outside again. My dream goal is to run a marathon someday. Good luck everybody!
