but have you considered not buying the m&m's?

I have the opposite problem... I need to gain weight and I dump on everything. So I found myself eating everything. I figured if I dump on chicken I might as well dump on a slice of bread with butter right? Chocolates not my passion... bread, butter ummmm

Anyway... I stopped it becasue it was getting out of hand so I stoppped buying bread. I've actually gottent oteh checkout counter looked down and had bread in my basket and thought "when the heck did I pick that up" our brains are amazing... Anyway I just ask the clerk to put it back for me.

It takes more than just your tool...you need to practice will power. Yucky word.

Also someone already said more protein... definately!

Try purchasing healthy snack...already cut up apples and veggies with a dip or something...keep that ready to go in the frig.

Habits are hard to break and easy access food is a habit.. open drawer insert hand and ta-da comfort food! SO now it's open drawer insert hand and ta-da veggies... okay not as tasty but much better for you!
