I love nectar too. I like the Crystal Sky, Carribean Cooler and Fuzzy Naval, but I just mix 1.5 scoops with water. I throw in a couple ice cubes in my travel mug for breakfast. It is just about the only thing I can stomach first thing in the morning.
I also have the apple ecstasy, but it tastes like apple flavored stadium nacho cheese to me
, so I don't use that one very much
