You succeeded before and you can succeed again. Don't think of the whole 80lbs - its far too overwhelming for anyone! Just conquer 1 itty bitty pound at a time. One will turn into two and then into three etc. Set yourself a goal - lose 1lb in the first week - easy peasy lemon squeezy for ya babe! It'll be the start of your journey. You'll soon get back on track hun.
Oh yeah and get rid of those M&M's - they are truly public enemy number 1! Bad M&M's, Bad M&M's!
