I always check what I'm eating, if I added anything new...I omit it, change the protiens I'm eating...add more usually and keep doing the same things till I see the darn scale move. It gets frustrating but I think the longest stall for me has been 3 wks and then it speeds up only to slow down again. Good luck! It will happen if you work your tool!
