I didn't have a chance to post earlier, but I too put on a bunch of weight between Thanksgiving and X-mas - actually - 7 pounds. And that is just dangerous as I'm only 5 months out of plastics and just can't go back up there without messing up my lovely flat tummy

. Dec. 27 I got my act together, lost 4.5 pounds a week for two weeks and then another 2 since then. So I have 27 left to goal and I hope to do 2-3 pounds a week. Today starts my new week. Missed the gym today, but I was up WAY too late, so I have to let that go. (not easy when you're obsessed)
So - my eating plan is totally different than yours, but I am writing down everything that goes into my mouth. (hmmmm) And I'll be in the gym every day, doing tons of cardio. I want to burn at least 750 calories a day. With a deficit of 550 cals a day, that should add up to more than two pounds a week. We'll see if I can sustain that. I know at least one person who has done it, but he's a machine. Well - here's to us!!
Now, lets go out and sweat for the cause!!
