She's coming home tomorrow
Hi everyone!
Just wanted to post that it is now about 10:00 pm on Sunday night in India and when my daughter wakes up in the morning, she'll be getting on the plane to come back to the US!
It has been a great adventure but she is at the point where she can't wait to come home.
They had a little drama while there were there. One of her classmates got drunk one night and caused a lot of trouble at the hotel. He almost got arrested. The professor talked the police out of taking him to jail and put the kid on the first flight out. Michaela (my daughter) was unhappy with how disrespectful several of the students were during the trip. She said that these are the behaviors that give people around the world that all Americans are obnoxious. She was pretty embarrassed by them.
On the other hand... she had a lot of great experiences...met some amazing people...saw things that she will remember forever!
