Just adds a couple more days of nervousness and apprehension.

I read John's posts with Mike and have already drawn up the exercise battle plan, but like Jim, I also like to do some resistance work. I like the gunnage plan, but have never worked my way up to large caliber. I'll be happy with toned and hard. Mike, I am not well informed on yoga. Is there a specific reason for the yoga now?

Thanks again for the postings gentlemen.

Oh, by the way. Piggly Wiggly grocery chain is home officed here in Charleston and I heard on the news this morning that Piggly Wiggly and Dolly Parton are in negotiations. It seems that Dolly is trying to start her own grocery chain and is trying to purchase the entire Big Lots, Piggly Wiggly, and Harris Teeter chains. If she can combine them all into her own chain, she plans on calling it Big Wiggly Teeters. (Sorry, all the discussion of moobs made me recall this one)
I am gonna start yoga, specifically for the stretching and balance. I am sure as I shrink, my libido will hit all time highs and I just don't want to pull anything. If you know what I mean. LOL No, really it is for the stretching and flexibility and the people I know that do yoga - not the eastern mysticism part, but the exercises all seem to really like them and are incredibly healthy people. I am also getting ready to start ballroom dancing lessons. Many changes here.
