I'm glad you posted this. This holiday season was tough for me as well. I ate and partied way too much and didn't exercise the way I should. As a result I have put on 5lbs I have nobody to blame but myself and I am back on the right track.

My posting this, is my way of holding myself accountable. I'm not one for sharing personal stuff on the board but I think that this is the only way for me to be honest with myself. Anyway...thanks for your honesty as well.
