I completely understand where you are coming from. What is funny is that I am also 180lbs and were a size 10. I just hit 178 lbs last night. I couldn't lose anything for about a month. But I know that it is because I ocassionally have foods that I am not suppose to. Let's face it, we all do it sometimes. But I realized that I want to hit my goal weight of 150lbs by my birthday in April. So to get back on track, I am going back to basics also, more protein shakes and more exercise. I am cutting out all the things that I know that I shouldn't be eating. However, if I feel the need to have a small bite of something, I will not deprive myself because that is where people fall all the way off the wagon and end up eating a whole bag of something over a period of time. It's okay to be stressed, just find a different outlet to the stress other than eating. I hope that I helped a little.
