I haven't gained, but I haven't lost the way I should either. We can't eat like horses any more, but we can sure eat like sturdy, little Welsh ponies!

What seems to work for me is to get back to the protein. Protein snacks stick longer too. My new favorite is the Special K protein water; it comes in a dry mix now too. My favorite is the Mixed Berry in the bottles, the lemonade in the powder. I try to do one protein water or one protein shake per day.
Last night I went through the kitchen like a white tornado and threw out all the holiday junk. If it ain't around, I ain't tempted!
