...but I am stressed. I have been at this weight for a while. I look at my body without clothes on and see where I can still lose some weight, but I tend to wonder if this is it for me. I am 180 and a size 10. Now I know that sounds strange but that is me.Most people who weight 180 are not a size 10. I just wonder if my body will drop any more weight. I hope so I want to get down to at least a 8. A 6 would be cool but I am not holding my breath. What do you all eat for snacks? Any suggestions would be helpful.
