Hey Poddie,
Don't talk like that about yourself!!! We've all heard those things too many times from strangers that left hurt feelings and scars that will take a lifetime to heal, don't do that to you, you don't deserve it!!! 
This is a learning experience, and here we are, in this together, along with a whole bunch of other wonderful people who understand what we're going through right now.... so, be kind to yourself, love yourself, ........ cuz we do!!!!
