Thanx everyone for the warm and inspiring comments.

What I ment to say was that I was 17 lbs 'BELOW' my original goal of 170 lbs. Which means I am done. At least for the weight loss part. I've started doing resistance training lately on top of the constant running in order to bulk up a bit.

Just to let everyone know. Walking is awesome. I started walking right outside my apartment complex 2 weeks after surgery and I haven't stopped since. In September I actually started running (now this was hard, since I had 36 years of neglect on my body) and I'm up to 3 miles per day. For me, that is just amazing that my fat ass can actually run 3 miles.

Well, that's enough rambling from me.
