Not to knock the wind outta peoples sails but, you just can't be 150lbs or more overweight and not have any backlash as far as your skin go's. It may not be as bad as some others but, you will still have loose skin.

I trained for sometimes upwards of 3hrs a day everyday for a year straight during my weightloss phase, Im male(meaning I have alot of muscle already), I was 24 years old, I used to be skinny in young life(meaning I haven't been fat all my life). I still have some loose skin even now after plastic surgery.

The truth is your body can't loose half of itself and it not affect your skin. In coming years mine may get better and retract fully to my muscles but, the real truth is who knows.
