I'm back! So far so good. Legs are a little sore but the incisions look really good. I'm back in compression garment hell for another 5 weeks but I'll live. he only embarrassing thing is how high I was just before the surgery. I had a conversation with the anesthesiologist about not remembering anything before the last surgery. usually, I remembered being taken into the or and being put on the table and maybe a few short conversations. But Last time, nothing. He told me they had given my versed and ketamine that time. He said, I'll talk to you after to see if you remember anything this time. I wish I didn't. I remember all of a sudden that everything was so funny and I couldn't stop laughing. I was trying to tell them about the Grinch and all the Who's in Whoville (as we watched the Grinch, with Jim Carey, movie the night before). I remember everyone laughing, I hope with me and not at me but I'm sure they were laughing at me. Oh my God and I remember telling him that was some good shit that he gave me. Post op when I was more awake, the anethesiologist came to see me and I reluctantly admitted I did remember. He said I made everyone's morning and they had a good laugh. HOpe everyone had a nice holiday and thanks again for the well wishes and prayers! Sue
