Ok this was a BIG ISSUE for me early on. (I use to be able to go like clockwork)
I started taking 'Stool Softners' and they work. I take 2 or 3 per day and I still do. Haven't had any issues with constipation since I started.
Speak to your doc before you start taking them though. My PCP was the one that told me to start taking them.
