well four months in can eat with pleasure nuts, popcorn, crisps, fruit, rice, pasta, noodles, but struggle with bread, potatoes unless mashed and some meats if I dont chew properly.
Now band fill one 7 cc in and boy not a thing passes and stays in so after two days I cant tell you what i can eat post fill.
