Dearest Marine!
Thank you for your newsy post! Always lovely to read you!
Thank you for your tip on keeping an eating diary - a great recommendation! I will start tomorrow, my 14th day! I have very little inclination to eat for the better part of the day and then, towards evening, I get really "hungry" and manage a lovely supper - I just wish I were able to eat less and more frequently instead, something I am working towards now!
You may catch my thread on MRSA and antimicrobial wash, in dealing with the wound issue?
I have had a fantastic shopping spree at WHOLE FOOD MARKET today, a totally organic food and product store, in Kensington today. I have read every label, of every product, from protein bars to packet soups, to tahini, to yoghurts... Very useful to spend time in person doing a "product rekkie" so that I can order online when time is less convenient!
I have always loved gourmet food and am a real epicurean, so sourcing prime ingredients has been extra fun today! (went to work at 13 days post-op, for a few hours albeit, and then Christmas shopping, out in all a full day! a little overdoing it I suppose. I look forward to an hour's dog walking tomorrow (for my circulation, lungs, bowels, complexion - rather than for the dogs' benefit in the first instance) and then complete rest, as a lady of leisure!...
Speaking of leisure, how many shoes/handbags have you got now?!
Keep posting! I love to read them!
Best for now!
Cheers!
