Vim,

I cant thank you enough for contacting me last night re my insurance question. I came across your posting above just before i logged out. Knowing that you went to the same hospital has really eased a few of my worries, i even made my mother and boyfriend read it aswell so hopefully its answered a few of their concerns too.

I hadnt realised that i would have to inject myself... not sure how i shall cope with that but if its something i have to do, then i will just have to do it. Ironically im a surgical tattooist and work with needles every day, ive even tattooed my own eyeliner on!! My mother is my companion in belgium, as much as i love her im not sure if ive made the right choice. I seem to be calming her nerves more than she mine!!

Can you tell me, how long do i need to have the injections and how many times a day? Am i right in thinking they are anti-coagulants? To stop the risk of DVT?

Also, how long do you need to take the anti-ulser tablets for???

Hope you are well, and thank you again. Your kind words mean alot to me.
