Hej Deborah!
Best of luck for tomorrow! Take a deep breath and dive into not a swimming pool but your new future! I am feeling so empowered, inspired, grateful, flirtatious....
You will be sore indeed, the first 24 hours are really not pleasant but every half day it gets better. The body has a remarkable ability to forget pain. Make sure you have plenty of painkillers and take a water spray with you if you can - it really helps to hydrate you the day after.
We are all excited about your new journey - let us know how you get on!
Best wishes and I'm keeping you a space on the loosers bench!
Cheers!
