Default low energy levels....

hey...i`m 10 months post op i was at 390 lbs before my surgery i am now at 280 lbs. i try to keep myself on a good diet eating mainly proteins like, grilled chicken & fish i`ll also eat brown rice whole wheat lots of veggies i try to stay away from red meat and sugar even tho every once in a while i`ll cheat with some sweets to keep the cravings down not often, only when i`m having strong cravings and always in a small portions...i also make sure i take my vitamins. i take 1200 mg of calcium and 1 multivitamin (centrum) daily and i take a nascobal nasal spray wich is the vitamin b-12 once a week...my question is why am i so low on energy? my schedual is really irregular i work overnight and i sleep about 6-8 hours a day that may have a lot to do with it...has anyone els had a problem with keeping u`r energy levels up?
