5 month post op:
Hi everyone I am 5 months post op and have lost approximently 64 pounds. I seem to be losing 10 pounds a month. Just wanted to know if I'm on track......
I workout 5 times a week and walk 5 to 7 miles a day and weight train 2 times a week.. Now that the weather is bad here in colorado I have not been doing so great on the working out part... I need to get back in gear... I am getting about 64 grams of protein in a day and approximently 400 to 500 calories a day.. I try to watch everything I put in my mouth.. I hoped too be thinner by now am I asking for too much ... Please let me know .. Thanks Sandra in Colorado
