Well, here goes..... I'm going to my consult with the surgeon tomorrow afternoon
. Not sure what will happen, but I should be ready to submit documentation to the insurance next month at the end of the 6mo. diet. I have everything except the nurti/eval. The hospital says I will be scheduled to see theirs. Can anyone tell me if I should be taking my records from my pcp to this appt?? I have them just in case.
