Default Wearing Pants - Over Belly or Under Belly

I'm putting this in the Men's Issues area, but it's probably an issue for both genders...

As we lose weight...what do you think the best way is to wear our pants to minimize the amount of loose belly skin hanging over? Over the belly or under the belly? I've always worn my pants over my belly but I'm starting to notice that there is a little sagging already beginning to occur. When I'm sitting around the house, I've been pushing them under the belly. I would prefer not to have this big flap of skin hanging over and really am just wondering if there are any preventative measures to help it. Biker shorts maybe, a man girdle? (Do they make those?)

Who's had experience with this, any tips or tricks?
