Ahhh my little grasshoppers!!!
You are now discovering why we preach to the very early out to form those good eating habits because the time will come (as it has for all of you) that your pouch will allow more in. The critical part is in what you chose to fill it with and that determines if it is ok.

I think at around the 6 month mark you can take in markedly more food. That strong foundation built over the last 6 months will keep you going in the right direction even with the increase quantity of food. All those mashed potato/grits/bread/cracker eaters early out....heed this message. Cut the carbs as you will be able to fill up and derail your weightloss. Once moderation is learned, then you can reintroduce them if you have established self control.

This tool is a get out of jail card (not for free), but once out of jail, you need to make the most of your life.

PS. The week before my period I notice an increase in hunger as well. What helped me at your stage is when I felt hungry, I drank something. Usually that either made time tick away and I forgot about it, or it wasn't real hunger.
2 years out, I don't ever feel real hunger, more like food lust or eat by the clock to get in the protein....BUT....I don't get that full feeling high up near my chest either. So I have learned what is an appropriate portion and stop eating.
Hope all this helped.
