Hi,
For me... I am 4 weeks post-op. I can eat ground meet as long as it's finely chewed, Chili is great!, eggs (sometimes hurt), cream of wheat, cheese sticks (sometimes hurt), yogart, chicken (ground), green beens (finely chopped). Protien is a hard one for me. I can do the protien shakes but I just get tired of the same old thick drink. I've added banana, Blueberries, strawberries, cinimin all at seperate times. I'm just tired of it. I really like the profect vials but they are costly. I've also tried carnation instant breakfast but it has a higher level of sugar so I only use half and half protien drink.
