I am at a hurdle with what to eat. Already tired of protein shakes, Im struggling with getting enough water and protein on a schedule. I am beginning to journal my eating/drinking/vitamin routine, may help, but first two weeks were easier. Not sure if I am pushing to fast, eating to fast, or what but this last two weeks have expelled 5 times, mostly meat or more firm food. I have gone back to more applesauce consistancy. I seem to do ok with a poached egg, beans, but can anyone give advice on how to get 80 grams of protein of of two to three meals a day that are all soft foods?
