Default Working out

So I have been working out lately. Well let me rephrase that, just once a week right now, but that is going to change after I get back form Thanksgiving travels. I have noticed that I fatigue really quickly. I find that my leg muscles are very shakey after a short work out. I mentioned this before on another thread, but honestly you would have thought I completed a long love making session. Not trying to be crude here, but trying to say it tactfully as nothing else has fatigued my legs like that before.

I am hoping this passes as I don't like feeling that way after each work out. I was surprised my legs acted that way as I walk at least 2 miles a day. So go figure? I can only assume those muscles on the tops of my legs were not getting the workout I presumed?

I am so fearful of losing muscle, so I am sticking with it. I will admit that the whole big rubber ball thing is annoying, but you definitely feel the results of that device. I am purchasing one this weekend and a few free weights. My strength has always been in my legs and back. My chest is fairly strong, but my arms.. are like..not very strong.. Well, at least not where I want them to be. I remember when my sons were born how strong my upper body became. Lugging a 10-20lb baby around all the time helps the upper body a lot more than people know.

Well that's it for now.

Jeff
