Instead of bread
I know I can't have bread. I don't even think I want bread, but I have a strong desire for bread. What do you guys do instead? I don't even think it is the bread, I think it is the carbs. I saw Dr. Potts yesterday and forgot to ask. Good news is I am 197 down from 240. I want to keep up the loosing process, so I don't want the carb addiciton. I have been eating fruit (mostly Honey Dew), and chicken and that is about all. Thanks for any tips y'all can give me.
