I did make it to 1000 calories one day and I panicked, but it was just one day, and honestly, I probably should be around 1000 calories at this point, I just can't seem to get everything in on most days. (Food wise...I get the protein in, though...)

My trouble right now is with liquids. For weeks, I've struggled to get in 64 ounces a day and every few days lately I'm up to 80. The problem (or the thing that worries me) is that just after the surgery, I could drink (sip) about 1 oz every 5-10 minutes, now I can get down 16 ounces in 15-20 minutes. I'm not gulping, but my sips are bigger. Is this normal? Is it okay?

I see the doctor for my exercise clearance appointment on Tuesday and I'll ask, but I thought I'd post here first and see what you all thought. I'm not getting or feeling sick, and I need the fluids, so I'm assuming right now that it's okay.

Mike I am 10 weeks out and do the same thing. I drink alot of water about 64 ounces a day.( I can 20 oz in an hour) Its normal. Thirst can cause you to think you hungry as well.
