Please make sure you are taking your vitamins. More than likely the leg cramps are from a vitamin deficiency or dehydration.

Take your vitamins! This isn't optional with WLS. It is impossible to get the proper nutrition that we need from our limited diet. Vitamin deficiency sneeks up on you and can cause various problems as minor as leg cramps and as serious as death. Kelly trys to teach us this in the beginning and it is easy to get lazy about them because there isn't an immediate consequence from not taking them, but it also takes a lot of work to recover from a deficiency.
