Hey everyone!
I am really needing some real food help, I am trying to figure out how to keep myself balanced and making sure I am eating right.

I am required to get 90g protien in each day along with 800-1000 calories and under 75g of carbs a day. Other days I am way over everything, is there a good balance I am just missing? I find myself on busy days really missing my goals for the day. I try really hard to stay with healthy balanced meals for dinner. I find myself though at times trying to play catch up with everything, which as I am sure you know doesn't work too well!

I am now almost 8 weeks(Tuesday) post op. I just seem to have a really hard time if I don't completely concentrate on everything. Then I find myself not getting other things done that I need to do. I guess I could use help all around LOL...

Well not sure if there is any help out there or not for my issues but I appreciate any help!
