Wow, John...You've really been through alot, too, in your life...WAY TO GO!!!...I'm impressed and inspired...I am still riding my recumbent bike every morning, usually 45 minutes per day, as soon as I get up, so there's no excuse not to do it....My goal is to tone up, mostly abd. muscles, and lose alot more weight...My current mini-goal is to find some other exercises to do, too, at home....Maybe exercise DVDs???...Any recommendations...I'm getting a little "bored" w/the biking every morning and need to cross-train, or alternate, to spice it up...I'm about 7 weeks post-op...And I also lift hand weights and ankle weights at home...At this time, can't afford a gym membership, but am working on this/checking on it...I have tried some "kickboxing" DVD and that really kicked my butt, not to mention my right knee replacement...Anyone else w/ideas, I'm open...You guys are all so inspiring...Thank goodness we have each other here for motivation and to just "be there."...
