I'm so sorry you are going through this. I too have Paccare, and I'm here to tell you they suck the big one!! I have been through the mill with them and my complications. I'm so beat down from being ill, and then they make you fight for every friggin thing that you need from them. If I could sue them I would that is how pissed I am at them myself. Hang in there and don't give up you will win in the end! Janie
