Oh my gosh, Mary, how awful!!!

I know that meds ARE a problem. I have had a series of Urinary tract infections (before and after GB), and am now on a maintenance dose of antibiotic to heal the damage to my bladder wall, BUT the surgeon told me to take Nexium the entire time I am on that dosage, or I will get gastritis along with other pouch issues. Now I understand why the surgeon is and was so cautious.

Mary, I am so sorry you have had such a disastrous journey. I sincerely hope it is all good from this point on. Thank you for your post. It has and will help others who read it.

Welcome to TT!
